TWEC coaching arrangements are flexible, although we recommend a minimum of two one-on-one sessions to bed down any changes the coachee wishes to make.  We find that most of our clients prefer six-session blocks, in order to see measurable and lasting change.

TWEC has a team of executive coaches for those leaders interested in stepping outside the box and creating a new perspective. These coaches have backgrounds of corporate leadership, degrees in psychology,  management accreditations and/or MBAs.
